Updated RPI numbers

So who has Pittsburgh and Georgia in the championship game this year? Pretty safe bet given the latest RPI numbers. They are two of the three remaining unbeaten remaining. Virginia is the other one, but RPI does not give them the same kind of love. NC State, on the other hand, is getting a ton of respect despite having three losses.

Re: Updated RPI numbers

next time these are run, which I assume will be sometime in the next week or so, any way to add a breakdown by divisions to see which divisions are strongest and weakest? Sometimes records don't tell the whole story when looking at the standings so maybe adding a column for division then after running the numbers sort it by divisions to see how teams stack up? or just doing the average RPI for all teams in a division and ranking the divisions based on total RPI?

Re: Updated RPI numbers

Using that and the RPI someone on my team did the average RPI for each division to see how they all compare to each other.

Division Avg RPI Ranking
Beyonce 23.00
Usher 26.00
Drake 27.00
Ginuwine 29.57
Rihanna 32.29
Sia 34.29
Seal 35.29
Shakira 39.14
Adele 41.43

Beyoncé with 5 in the top 25 is clearly the toughest division.
