Re: 2017 Power Rankings
Couple of defacto or actual division title games this week if there any others feel free to add them.
Notre Dame at American (winner wins division)
Va Tech at Virginia (Tech wins division with win, UVA win sets a 3 way tie between UVA, VaTech and UMass which goes to tie breakers, I think Va Tech still wins on the Villanova win)

Re: 2017 Power Rankings
This weekend's Navy-Florida winner is virtually assured of the Rihanna Division crown, although there might be some scenarios in which Maryland or Wisconsin could win it with some strange CAN tiebreakers.

Re: 2017 Power Rankings
Regarding the Rihanna Division:
I think it's impossible to get to tie-breakers beyond H2H. There is one other scenario to consider: If Wisconsin beats Navy and Florida, and Florida beats Navy...Wisconsin wins division on H2H among teams involved in tie at 4-2 division record (even if it's a four way tie with Maryland).
Otherwise your premise is right:
If Navy wins either game, the division champ will have one loss meaning it's the winner of the Fla/Navy game that takes the crown (assuming the 1st scenario is avoided).

Out of curiosity, what formula is used where an 11-3 Catholic team is ranked higher than a 14-0 Georgia team when they lost to Colorado (11-21), who Georgia beat (19-3)?
